IPTV Ireland Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Subscriber") and 4K Live IPTV Ireland ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, purchasing, or using our IPTV services on 4kliveiptv.irish, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our IPTV service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers across Ireland and the European Union.

Our IPTV subscriptions are for personal use only. Simultaneous streaming from multiple IP addresses is restricted to prevent account misuse and ensure quality service for all Irish customers.

• Personal Use Only: One IPTV subscription allows streaming on a single active connection at a time.
• No Reselling: Reselling your IPTV subscription or login credentials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• Multi-Device Monitoring: Multiple simultaneous streams from different IP addresses may result in temporary account suspension.
• No Screen Recording: Recording, rebroadcasting, or redistributing our IPTV content is prohibited under Irish copyright law.
• No Sharing Credentials: Your IPTV login is for your personal use only — sharing with friends or family members outside your household is prohibited.
• Permitted Devices: You may install IPTV apps on multiple devices (Firestick, Smart TV, phone) as long as only one streams at a time.

We guarantee 99.9% uptime across our IPTV infrastructure. In the event of scheduled maintenance, we provide a 48-hour notice via our Live Server Status page.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your IPTV login credentials (Xtream Codes API or M3U URL).
• You must notify us immediately via WhatsApp if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We log IP addresses for security purposes. Accounts with suspicious activity (multiple country logins, simultaneous streams) may be temporarily limited.
• If you forget your IPTV credentials, contact our WhatsApp support team — we can resend your details to your registered email instantly.
• You may not attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions on our IPTV service.

• All payments are secure and processed through trusted gateways (PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Credit Card).
• Prices are displayed in EUR (€) and are final — no hidden fees, no setup costs, no installation charges.
• IPTV subscriptions do not auto-renew. You choose when to renew via WhatsApp — full control over your billing.
• We send a courtesy renewal reminder 3 days before your IPTV plan expires.
• Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team may result in account termination and being permanently blocked from our service.

• We provide access to third-party streaming content. We do not own, host, or broadcast any content ourselves.
• Channel availability and content may change without notice due to factors outside our control (broadcaster changes, regional restrictions, licensing disputes).
• VOD (Video-On-Demand) content update times are provided as estimates and may vary based on source availability.
• We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe any content infringes your copyright, please contact us via our Contact Page.
• We are not responsible for content quality issues caused by the original broadcaster or third-party content providers.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our IPTV service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

For EU consumers, applicable European Union consumer protection laws also apply where relevant. You may also have the right to use alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available in your country of residence.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any IPTV account that violates these Terms of Service.
• Upon termination, you will lose access to the IPTV service immediately.
• Refunds for terminated accounts are evaluated on a case-by-case basis per our Refund Policy.
• Common termination reasons: reselling credentials, multi-IP abuse, chargeback fraud, content rebroadcasting, screen recording.
• You may cancel your IPTV subscription at any time — see our Cancellation Policy.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business operations. When we make material changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• We will notify active subscribers via email at least 30 days in advance of material changes
• Continued use of our IPTV service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
• If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect
